Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Psychology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, and is a Charter Associate of the International Positive Psychology Association. Living in Timmins for the last 10 years, Jonathan has been working to help people achieve their goals in the field of mental health. In 2004, Jonathan successfully used goal-setting to lose 30 pounds and keep it off for 6 years, and this inspired him to create his company, Commitment Conditioning. Jonathan has created a new theory of goal-setting and goal-achieving based on memory instead of willpower. None of us are weak, but many of us are forgetful, especially when it comes to consistently pursuing our goals! There’s nothing mystical about goal-setting, and Jonathan’s presentations can help you take control of this powerful force.
